The letter must contain the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.padleads.com\/blog\/denying-a-tenant-your-legal-basis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reason\/s why their application was denied<\/a>. This is why you must have clear criteria for choosing and you have sufficient documentation that would support your decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>DON&#8217;TS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2>Avoid getting too personal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Only ask questions that are related to their eligibility to rent such as income information and rental history.
