However, as a landlord, property manager, or rental agent<\/a>, you have to first prepare safety measures in conducting your business operations<\/a>. And one of the things you should prepare for is how you can conduct house tours to potential clients without compromising anyone’s health. Here are a few tips\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brief your clients before the tour schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It is important to let the client know about the safety protocols you will put in place during the walkthrough<\/a>. Inform them of the rules they have to follow while they are inside the property, such as wearing face masks and face shields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the day of the scheduled tour and before you meet face to face, make sure that both you and the client\/s are not experiencing any symptoms of coronavirus such as fever, cough, difficulty in breathing, or body aches. Also, make sure that they have no recent contact with an individual suspected or diagnosed with COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
