The landlord should educate the tenants on how to avoid or control the presence of bedbugs to all tenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If there are nonrefundable fees, the landlord should specify these to the tenants. He should also inform them of the purpose of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a tenant\u2019s death occurred in the property in the last three years, the incoming tenants must know about it. The landlord does not have to give out specific details about the tenant. Only that death occurred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
